PET POLICY
To ensure a comfortable stay for you and fellow guests, we appreciate observance of the following guidelines; 1. Only two pets (dog and cat) are allowed per room, free of charge with maximum weight of less than 10 kgs. From 10 kgs. and more, THB 300 per pet will be charged. **The assigned pet-designated rooms are the Superior Bungalows, Poolside Villas and Family Villas** 2. You need to bring your own pet’s belongings such as a mattress or cage, urine pads, diapers, food and trays. 3. Please keep your pets clean during your stay. In case of hairs or smell from your pet in the room, you are responsible to pay THB 300 cleaning fee. 4. Please “Do Not” bring resort’s amenities such as towels, blankets to use for pets. 5. Pets are “not allowed” to the bathtub, swimming pool and all ponds. And not allowed to use the shower at swimming pool for pets. 6. In restaurant, pets are allowed only in designated area. Please consult the restaurant staff for pet friendly table. For convenience of other customers we would ask remove your pet if they cause any noise disturbance. 7. Pets can be taken for a walk in the resort, pool deck area and on the beach but must be kept on a leash and under the supervision of the owner at all times. 8. You are responsible for, and liable for all damage done as a result of the actions of your pet. The hotel reserves the right to charge your account for the cost of such. Any disturbances such as barking must be curtailed to ensure other guests are not inconvenienced.
