These terms govern your use of this website and the booking service operated by Spaade Pakkumised OÜ ("Stay at Spa"). Please read them before you make a booking.

The booking service and how a contract is formed
Stay at Spa is an online platform where you can search for and book accommodation. We act as an intermediary that arranges your reservation; the stay itself is provided by the property. Accommodation is made available to us through third-party supply partners. The accommodation contract for your stay is formed between you and the property on the rate conditions shown at checkout. We are responsible for operating the booking service. A booking becomes binding once your payment is confirmed and we send you a booking confirmation. If a reservation cannot be confirmed, we will not charge you, or we will refund any amount already taken. Before paying, please review and correct the booking details shown at checkout; you are responsible for the accuracy of the guest details you provide. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros. The amount shown as "Total payable now" is charged online when you book, through our payment service provider, by card or bank payment. Certain mandatory charges set by the property or local authorities — for example local or tourist taxes — are not included in the online amount and are collected by the property during your stay. These are shown separately at checkout as "Pay at property". We display and charge in euros. A property may account for the stay in another currency, so any amount paid at the property may be subject to that currency and to your bank's exchange rate. If a payment fails or cannot be matched to a confirmed reservation, the booking is not completed. If an amount was taken without a confirmed booking, contact us and we will arrange a refund.
Changes, cancellations and right of withdrawal
Each rate has its own cancellation and amendment policy, shown at checkout before you pay. That policy forms part of your contract, including any free-cancellation window, deadline and fee. You can request a cancellation using the cancellation link for your booking or by contacting us. Any fee follows the rate policy that applied to your booking. Because bookings are for accommodation on specific dates, the 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts does not apply, as allowed for accommodation and leisure services under EU consumer law. Your cancellation rights are those set by the rate policy. In limited cases the property may change or cancel a reservation, for example if it becomes unavailable. If that happens we will let you know and refund the amounts you paid to us.
Complaints, liability and governing law
If something is wrong with your booking or stay, contact us at info@stayatspa.com and we will try to resolve it with the property. As an intermediary, we are responsible for operating the booking service with reasonable care. The accommodation itself — its condition, facilities and on-site service — is the responsibility of the property. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer. These terms and any booking are governed by the laws of Estonia, without depriving you of the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. EU consumers can also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
