Those wanting real seclusion can take one of the two beach villas on Gaatjies Beach, each with two bedrooms, a fireplace, a full kitchen, an outdoor braai, and a private pool and hot tub. The newer Oyster Villa Suites face the sea and come with access to a private wellness area and pool. Reception keeps to a 24-hour schedule and can set up beach walks, swimming, kite surfing, e-biking, or horse riding. The nearest helipad sits about 18 minutes' drive away.

Best place to stay in Paternoster! Great food, drinks and stay
What an amazing place. We booked the seafing suites adjecent to the pool. Rooms were spotless and nicely designed. The F&B outlets are amazing; The Osyer Lounge serves amazing seafood and the best sushi I have had in years. Blues Restaurant is a little gem too.

Warm service, great food, and beautiful rooms.
Our walking group stayed for two nights and we were all very impressed. The rooms were spotless and stylish, the staff exceptionally friendly, and the food delicious. I'll definitely book here again for future group stays.

Stay at Abalone Paternoster
We stayed for one night to explore Paternoster, and Abalone is a beautiful accommodation in a fantastic location. It is centrally located, so you could even walk to many places, although it is only a two-minute drive to the main road, where you will find small shops and some great restaurants. Abalone House also has its own restaurant and cocktail bar, which is a great option if you are travelling without a car. The beach is just a five-minute walk away, making it a perfect place to relax and unwind. The jacuzzi and sauna were definitely highlights of our stay, and the rooms are beautifully designed. The staff were also very friendly and attentive. Overall, I was very happy with my stay and would happily recommend Abalone for a relaxing stay in Paternoster.
