A superb setting, but a disappointing price-quality ratio.
Magnificent setting, especially with the view from the rooftop. The staff is professional, pleasant, and very attentive. Regarding the food, you eat well, but it is clearly nothing to write home about. The prices are, in my opinion, exorbitant compared to what is served. A veal Milanese for €52, without a side dish, is still more than excessive... Especially since it was far from the best I have eaten. At that price, you still expect something exceptional, especially for a simple veal cutlet. On the other hand, a very nice mention for the sea bream carpaccio, which was simply exceptional. A real success! In summary: a superb setting and impeccable service, but food that, in my opinion, does not justify such high prices, with a few exceptions.

Very disappointed and definitely not 5-star worthy
For a "5-star hotel" all the rooms I stayed in had mold in the bathrooms, stains on the wall paper, items like the TV that didn't work. I was transferred rooms three times and even the last room had mold and I simply requested a deep clean so I would not have to move again. The beds and pillows were incredibly uncomfortable. I would never have paid the amount I did to stay at this hotel and was very surprised this is considered a 5-star hotel. Every day, there was a new problem with the room - room service banging on my door at 1:00AM and getting the wrong room, stains on bed sheets, TV didn't work, the list goes on. Unless you get an incredible deal, do not waste your money staying here.
