  Delightful!

  I wish to extend my great appreciation from your hospitality during the four night I spent with my two friends at Aqua Dome. The rooms were neat and tidy, spacious and inviting with beautiful natural sunlight to wake up to in the mornings, and careful care to all functional and design details. The generous welcoming with inclusive use of the mini bar was delightful. And now to the culinary experience - in was no less than exquisite! The variety of dishes and quality products were a joy to all senses. The generous open buffet along side to the served menu were a joy. Most of all, I was delighted by your warm personal service, keen interest in us, your guests, and understanding to our particular needs and requests, which you considered and fulfilled with a smile. Finally, the water-world experience. It was the most unique and amazing to us. We explored some of the facilities, yet there were more and more to reach. It felt like a maze or a puzzle we played in and discovered new attractions day by day, with many moments of awe. The architecture of the installment felt inclusive to the surrounding Alpine landscape, and we enjoyed immersing into nature while bathing in Aqua under the Dome of the sky. We will surely return to recapture the experience and rejuvenate our spirits once again.

  An unforgettable family stay – simply perfect!

  We had an absolutely wonderful family stay at AQUA DOME and genuinely enjoyed every single moment. From the moment we arrived, everything felt special. The hotel is beautiful, perfectly maintained and surrounded by the spectacular scenery of the Ötztal Alps. Our room was spacious, extremely comfortable and of a very high standard. A special mention has to go to the quality of the bedding and mattress – simply exceptional. We slept incredibly well throughout our stay. And of course, the thermal baths are the real highlight. The variety of indoor and outdoor pools, the different temperatures and atmospheres, the warm thermal water and those breathtaking mountain views create a truly unique experience. Everything was spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained. It is the kind of place where you immediately disconnect, relax and simply enjoy being there. The food deserves just as much praise. Breakfast and dinner were outstanding: excellent quality, a huge choice, fresh products and beautiful presentation. There is honestly nothing we could criticise – for us, it was simply PERFECT. The staff were welcoming, professional and attentive, and the whole experience felt effortless from beginning to end. AQUA DOME manages to combine a premium hotel, exceptional thermal facilities, excellent food and an extraordinary Alpine setting while remaining a fantastic destination for a family. We arrived with high expectations and left completely won over. An exceptional stay and a place we would return to without hesitation. Highly recommended!

  We were pampered from beginning to end.

  From the beginning to the end of our stay, we felt truly pampered: welcomed with an excellent apple juice and a quick check-in, provided with a bag with the essentials for the thermal baths, we were immediately able to enjoy the spa and saunas. In the evening, the dinner was truly excellent, with a well-stocked buffet and excellent quality à la carte dishes, served by very kind staff. Spacious, clean room, very comfortable bed, free minibar with quality drinks, balcony with a view of the town and the mountains, large bathroom, bath products with a very pleasant scent. Excellent breakfast with a very rich buffet. After checking out, for a small additional fee, we were able to enjoy the thermal baths for the day of our departure as well. We really appreciated the spa 3000 area and the sauna area, where the skilled aufguss masters made us sweat while immersed in the scents of the forest. Extremely positive experience, definitely recommended. Compliments to all the people who work at the property.
