  The overall experience is good, and the location is great.

  The main thing is the excellent location, close to shopping malls and BTS, with a night market across the street. The hotel environment is also quite nice, and the staff are very polite. Repairs for some broken facilities were timely.

  High Cp value hotel

  Traveling with family this time, the hotel location was quite ideal. I happened to be there during the rainy season flooding in Bangkok, but fortunately, the hotel is right next to the BTS and is on a high floor, making it very convenient to go out and come back. Also, the service attitude and room cleanliness were very good. I will definitely come again next time.

  I have stayed at AVANI Sukhumvit Bangkok at least 7-8 times. What I like most is the buffet breakfast at GREENHOUSE Restaurant & Terrace on the 7th floor - it is served until 10:30 AM, so after this breakfast, we don't even need to have lunch haha:) After so many years, some of the staff faces have become very familiar to me, especially Acare. According to her uniform, she should be a senior staff, but she has no airs and graces at all. Although she doesn't need to handle front-line duties like carrying luggage, you can always see her in GREENHOUSE Restaurant. She patrols the restaurant personally and attentively, greets guests proactively, answers questions patiently, and jumps in to help wherever needed. She always has a smile on her face, with a very nice and friendly expression. When communicating, she makes you feel very warm and polite. She truly leads by example and lifts up the service quality of the whole team. She is genuinely one of the soul figures of AVANI. 👍 As I carelessly lost one of my belongings before, I searched everywhere but couldn't remember where I had left it. When we was having breakfast today at GREENHOUSE, I asked the staff about it just in case. To my surprise, the staff had already found it and kept it safely at the front desk for me. Thank you so much!🙏🏻 However, after staying here for many years and many times, the breakfast seems to be the same standard selection. There is not much freshness in terms of variety and taste. I hope GREENHOUSE could consider improving the variety and taste of the food, so that returning guests can have some new surprises each time. Overall, I am still very satisfied and will definitely come again!
