  Great dinner

  wira is a very good fellow, the set up for our romantic candlelight dinner was amazing. Would definitely come back again in future

  A great stay for our 10th anniversary

  My wife and I stayed at AYANA Villas for two nights to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary, and we had a really great experience. We stayed in an Ocean View Villa and the villa was beautiful: very spacious, private, comfortable and with a great view. The whole resort is huge, but the logistics worked extremely well. Whenever we called our butler for a buggy, we never had to wait more than about 10 minutes. Service in general was excellent and everyone was very helpful whenever we had a request. There are also some benefits reserved for Villa guests that we really appreciated. Villa guests have priority access to the Round Deck at Rock Bar, although I would still recommend booking in advance for sunset. Breakfast at DAVA is also exclusive to Villa guests, as is daytime access to AYANA’s well-known infinity pool. The latter was particularly nice because we could enjoy the pool and take some photos without a crowd in the background. I had booked Rock Bar, Kisik and our private villa dinner through the AYANA app about a month and a half before our stay. The app was very convenient to use, and communication with the resort while arranging everything was excellent. For sunset at Rock Bar we were seated on the Round Deck, in a great position to watch the sunset. Later, at Kisik, I had asked if we could have a good table with a sea view. They gave us a table right at the end of the pier, directly over the sea. I don’t think we could have asked for a better one. For our anniversary dinner we decided to have a private dinner at our villa. About two hours before dinner I realized I needed a shirt ironed and asked our butler if it was still possible at such short notice. They took care of it in time and didn’t even charge us for it. The private dinner was one of our favorite moments of the stay. Of course the service is a little different from being in a restaurant, but having dinner outside at our own villa, just the two of us with a dedicated waiter, created a really nice atmosphere. Another nice benefit is that you can bring your own wine without paying a corkage fee, which was perfect for us as we had brought a special bottle for our anniversary. Our waiter was Riski, and I definitely want to mention him. He was very friendly and attentive, explained the dishes and also took a lot of photos for us during the evening. We ended up chatting with him quite a bit and really enjoyed it. What I particularly liked was how natural and genuine his friendliness felt. Bali is generally a place where you meet a lot of warm and friendly people, and Riski was a very good example of that. Thank you, Riski! Breakfast at DAVA was excellent. It’s à la carte and you can order as much as you like. The dishes are relatively small, which we actually preferred because it allowed us to try several different things rather than choosing just one large breakfast. We also received a complimentary two-hour Thalasso experience and two cocktails at After Rock, which were both very welcome surprises. The Ocean View Villa is obviously not cheap — we paid around €1,100 per night for two people. At that price you expect a very high level of service, and in our case that is exactly what we received. More importantly, there were many small things during our stay where the staff did a little more than we had asked for, and that made a difference. We packed a lot into our two days at AYANA, and when it was finally time to check out, both my wife and I were genuinely sad to leave. We would definitely like to come back in the future.

  Best kids club

  We loved our stay at Ayana villas. Not only it was spacious, the service was also incredible. The highlight has to be the kids club! The staff are very friendly！Lia and Meika helped with babysitting. They were so professional and reliable, made our stay stress free and enjoyable! I can’t wait to go back again ❤️
