Excellent Hotel in Chișinău
My family landed in Chișinău, Moldova, and had to wait around 20 hours for their transportation to Kyiv. During their stay, the hotel staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. They answered every question and helped with everything we needed — breakfast, transportation, currency exchange, and even directions and navigation around the city. Everything was handled with a smile, professionalism, and an extremely high level of service. From my family, I also heard that the quality went far beyond the service. The room was very clean, comfortable, and maintained to a very high standard. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Chișinău, and I sincerely thank the entire hotel team for taking such great care of my family.

Great service even when booking at the last minute
The BERD’S Hotel was an exceptionally pleasant experience. I made the reservation literally at night, less than 24 hours before arrival, and the request was quite complex: several rooms, some of their layout and accommodation, plus a number of additional wishes - a good blackout, a cot, the possibility of a slightly earlier arrival and other details. Despite the very short time, absolutely everything was organized just fine. We were accommodated exactly as required, all requests were taken into account and complied with. I want to mention the staff - incredibly polite, friendly and friendly people who really try to help and make the stay as comfortable as possible. Feels attentive to guests and high level of service. Thank you very much to the entire BERD'S team for such a wonderful organization and attitude. It is the case that even a complicated last-minute booking goes perfectly smoothly and flawlessly. We would love to return again and unequivocally recommend this hotel.
