    Wonderful Staff, Special Thanks to Adolfo

    Overall, the hotel was good, but what truly made our stay special was the staff. The employees are extremely well-trained, knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely helpful. In my opinion, they are the best part of this hotel. The breakfast was also very good, but I especially want to highlight the team working in the breakfast area. They were incredibly professional and attentive throughout our stay. A special mention goes to Adolfo. I honestly think he deserves a raise! His professionalism and attitude really stood out. The main reason I am giving this hotel such a high rating is because of its wonderful staff. Congratulations to the entire team!

    Great experience

    Overall, I had a great stay at Binn Hotel. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout, especially Ivan, who really stood out for his friendliness and service. The only downside was that the rooms felt a bit outdated compared to the rest of the hotel. Aside from that, everything else was excellent and well taken care of
