  A little romantic getaway

Our stay at Burasari Heritage was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we felt so genuinely welcomed, cared for, and honestly, a little bit royal. What stood out the most was not just the beautiful property or the spacious rooms, but the incredibly warm and personal service from every single person we met. A very special mention to Larnoy and Noy, who looked after us so wonderfully during breakfast. They quickly got to know how much we loved our masala tea. We only had to mention it once, and after that, every morning they had it prepared for us without us even having to ask. It was such a small gesture, but it meant so much to us. That kind of thoughtful service is something you remember. Lith and Billy were also absolutely lovely, always greeting us with a smile, checking if we needed anything else, and making sure we were comfortable. Their warmth made every interaction feel so genuine and personal. Francia, the manager, was wonderful and went out of her way to personally make sure that our entire stay and trip were as satisfying as possible. We truly appreciated how attentive she was and how much she cared about our experience. Somair was equally wonderful. He personally attended to all our requests and was always so helpful and accommodating. We genuinely felt that everyone at Burasari Heritage cared about making our stay special rather than simply doing their jobs. And the housekeeping team deserves a very special mention as well. Our rooms were spacious and beautifully maintained, and they were made up twice a day. What impressed us most was the attention to detail. There were times when we had to rush out and left things in a hurry, only to come back and find everything thoughtfully arranged in the order we liked it. It honestly felt like they had noticed how we kept our things and were taking care of them as though they were our own. That level of thoughtfulness was incredible. The genuine warmth and care we received from the entire team truly touched our hearts. There are many beautiful hotels, but it is the people and the way they make you feel that make a stay unforgettable, and Burasari Heritage absolutely got that right. We were already impressed during our stay, but by the time we left, we were already talking about coming back. We will definitely return. Thank you to the entire Burasari Heritage team for making our stay so special. You made us feel truly cared for, incredibly welcome, and wonderfully royal. ❤️
