Everything perfect
The location is perfect, right next to the clock, in front of the Alquímico nightclub, and everything is close by. Perfect atmosphere. Room, perfect and very clean. Value, it is 1000% worth it. Cleanliness, everything is extremely clean and organized. Noise level, at night because of the nightclubs it is a bit noisy, but nothing out of the ordinary. Service, the best service, especially that of chef Alfredo. Amenities, everything beautiful just as it looks in the photos. Clean and organized.

Superb immersion in the center of Cartagena
Charming hotel right in the center of historic Cartagena! Magnificent and impeccable service. The breakfast is hearty and well diversified. It is only missing a snack service, for lunch or dinner, too bad.

Book it - an absolutely perfect hotel!!!
Stayed here for three nights and my only issue is that it has set standards so high for all other places I stay!! The entrance is a secure door where you get buzzed in, so very safe, the room we had (number one) was on the ground floor, it was clean, spacious and well decorated with lovely little touches! The common spaces were an absolute delight with care love and attention! Two pools, great shaded areas and all well maintained! I mean who can complain about complimentary cookies and sweets in the garden!? The staff were so attentive, JP at the bar, the manager and the chef (with home cooked touches every morning for breakfast!)!! The location was perfect for us, seconds away from the main square, park and five minutes walk to bars and restaurants all around the city. It is in the centre and is noisy at night; but we were amazed in our room how little noise we heard!! I adored this hotel, it’s a perfect mixture of top staff, great location, safe and clean, great for instagram shots (if you like that sort of thing) but also feels like you are at home!
