Exceptional resort
I visited Casa Timis as a guest at a wedding. The vineyards provided an idyllic backdrop to the wedding celebrations. The service was exceptional and we were well looked after. Delicious food and, of course, there couldn't be anything better than drinking wine where it has grown! The attention to the detail in the bungalows and across the resort are second to none. Thank you for a memorable visit!

A perfect wedding weekend!
Our wedding reception on Sunday, 30 Aug 2026 was truly spectacular. Almost booked out the entire facility. As planned, Casa Timis management greeted our 40 guests from 14 countries with warm welcome of drinks and snacks. A brief history and growth of the vineyards in this great location was most interesting. The ladies then retreated to the Spa for treatment and drinks while the men adjourned to the lovely English Bar for a sommelier-guided wine tasting event which expanded into unplanned cigars and whiskey. Almost didn’t make my own wedding! Joined by additional 20 Romanian friends, our ceremony on the lake timed beautifully with the setting sun. A picture perfect setting with an amazing ambience and gorgeous views of the entire site. The spotless and uniquely designed bungalows are pieces of art by their own accord, nestled into the hillside, not detracting from the beauty of vineyards. Reception took place in the Rotunda with seating and show arranged perfectly to our requests. The extremely attentive staff headed by Angie deserves special recognition for their constant and tireless service, supporting all guest requests with smiles even as the party slowed down at 4am! All our compliments to the staff and management of Casa Timis and we will be recommending this destination to all our friends. We’ll be back ourselves as well!
