Overview

There are few buildings quite like this one: an 18th-century Royal Cloth Factory built on a round floor plan, so that each room looks out either over the village of Brihuega or across the valley that gives this corner of La Alcarria its nickname, the Spanish Provence. The windows rise several metres, pulling the landscape indoors. Outside, an infinity pool sits beside the romantic gardens, which carry their own protected…

    Brihuega at your feet

Room 216 is spacious, in the circular area of the hotel facing Brihuega. The high ceilings of about 6m, with a large window and a King bed make it very attractive. Nice bathroom, with a spacious shower and separate bathtub. Equipped with a bathrobe, (always two but in size XL?) Capsule-style coffee maker and tea. Complimentary water bottles, two bottles of cola, and two beers also complimentary. Attractive outdoor pool and spa. Good buffet breakfast and good service, highlighting Hassan. I didn't like the central tree in the dining room-lounge in the circular plastic patio at all, not "fresh" at all. Something more natural even if it is in the dry range? Good views from its garden.

    It’s a paradise

One of the best hotels I have visited in Spain. It’s a real 5 star hotel with excellent service, friendly employees, brand new rooms, some historical vibe and delicious breakfast. I stayed there only one night, but it was unforgettable experience. I saw amazing spa in the hotel, unfortunately I couldn’t find a time to go there, because I spent most of my day at beautiful streets of the town. Don’t forget to visit lavender Fields- remarkable place. I’ll definitely come back again and at least for couple nights. Strongly recommend this hotel who really enjoy quality and history all together. Thank you

    An unforgettable stay

The perfect place to disconnect. Brihuega integrates a medieval style in harmony with the surrounding nature, creating unique spaces. The town can be seen very quickly, which also allows for enjoying the hotel facilities. The spa, the restaurant, the garden, everything is dreamy; but what really makes the difference is the staff. Everyone attends to you with a smile and makes you feel truly welcome; they are true professionals. It's a shame I can't remember the names of all the employees; however, I want to highlight the service from the Maitre at breakfast, the receptionist who checked us in, and her colleague who assisted us with rooming (Francisco). This hotel is a sure hit, to which we will certainly return and have recommended to friends.
