Overview

Set within the former University of Santa Catalina, a sixteenth-century building that still wears its plateresque facade with ease, Castilla Termal Burgo de Osma keeps its Renaissance cloister at the centre of things. That patio, closed over by an enormous glass dome, has become the social heart of the hotel, the place people drift back to through the day. The seventy rooms range through doubles, superior doubles and a handful…

    Very nice Hotel and spa

Accommodations and location is outstanding as is the spa, the only reason I gave a 4 is we had paid 49€ each for the “circuit” in the Roman style baths and the hot bath was not working, no offer of rescheduling, discounts or refund offered mind you the Roman bath area is beautifully done and still enjoyable

The treatment at the front desk was not friendly

We are a group of 7 people who have stayed at this hotel. When we left the hotel, one of our companions realized that he had forgotten a pair of shoes in the room. We returned to the hotel and asked at the front desk if they had found them. The receptionist just called the housekeeper and, without personally checking the room, told us that there was nothing there. The receptionist was very unpleasant and did not show the slightest interest in solving our problem. We left a phone number so they could get in touch with us when they located the shoes, but to this day we have not received any calls. The day after we checked out, we tried to speak with the hotel manager; they told us that he could not see us at that moment, but they assured us that he would get in touch with us later. 15 days later, we still have not received any calls or explanations. On Saturdays they hold weddings in the courtyard and you have to put up with the noise until 12 at night.

    Very good

A beautiful building. Cafeteria, dinner, and, having a drink, worth returning to. The cafeteria and restaurant staff... Charming. Breakfast and dinner... Fabulous. The spa....:(.. They should control the capacity, if it is by the hour, more control. The room:....Compared to other Castilla Termal very small, but bed and pillows very comfortable. But!!!!! The bathroom? Ugh:(((, the bathtub slippery and dangerous. Where is the tub,,,boohoo,..the place, tiny, totally narrow, you cannot reach anything. The reception staff, exceptional, with the exception of one girl, totally unpleasant. The cleaning service?!? Please!!! Leaves a lot to be desired. The 1st day there was trash in the wastebasket, they forgot to place the sign to clean or do not disturb. We had to go down to reception, it was three in the afternoon and it wasn't cleaned....Speechless. Watch out for the BATHROOM. It needs remodeling for what you pay!!!
