A place to relax with family
Our stay at Cinnamon Bentota Beach was truly wonderful. It was not just the beautiful hotel, excellent food, and great amenities that made our stay special, but the people and the genuine Sri Lankan hospitality we experienced throughout our visit. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel warmly welcomed and truly cared for. A special thank you to **Chathuranga from Housekeeping** for his kindness and attention to detail, **Sansala at the Front Desk** for giving us such a warm welcome and helping us get settled in, and **Amanda**, who made our checkout process smooth and delightful. What stood out the most was how warm and friendly everyone was toward us and our kids. The staff were always approachable, knowledgeable about the hotel’s amenities and the surrounding area, and happy to help whenever we needed anything. Their genuine smiles and willingness to go the extra mile really made a difference. It was wonderful to be surrounded by the warmth of Sri Lankan hospitality and by people who take pride in making their guests feel at home. Cinnamon Bentota Beach gave us the perfect place to unwind, relax, enjoy great food, and spend quality time with our family. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. Vacation at Cinnamon Bentota Beach with friends and family.
Had a great time and the staff was great. I will definitely stay there again. Pooja, Dahemi, Akeel, Chalana, Amanda, Ayodya, Rasika and Sandeepa were great.
