A little gem
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent experience at Hotel Cristalino Bacalar. It is a very beautiful, quiet hotel with a spectacular location, literally at the foot of the Lagoon of the Seven Colors. 🌴💙 We loved the atmosphere, the facilities, and especially being able to enjoy the lagoon directly from the hotel, with its private access. It is an excellent option for those looking to relax and enjoy Bacalar in a more exclusive place without so much hustle and bustle. Without a doubt, it was a stay that we enjoyed very much and we would definitely return. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Nice hotel but it can improve its facilities and menu.
Very nice facilities, although I consider that it needs more security in some spaces, for example the ramp between rooms, it is very slippery with the rain, the stairs to go down to the lagoon do not have a handrail, in the bathrooms there are no grab bars to hold on to. It would be great if there were some roofs with a view of the lagoon to protect yourself from the rain or the sun. We had rain and there was nowhere to be. Regarding the menu, I think it lacks variety, some lighter dishes for dinner and more snacks for munching. Also for people with disabilities, I don't think it is very practical, there are no options for the use of wheelchairs, both outside and inside the room. Also because it is an adults-only hotel.
