  Perfect for a stylish rooftop relaxing break by the sea

  A fabulous boutique hotel which has all you need for a wonderful stay. We found the staff so helpful from the moment we arrived, and the location of the hotel was lovely. Next to a pretty cove which was busy in the day but much quieter first thing for a lovely swim. The water was beautiful and calm. We enjoyed the hotel’s local restaurant recommendations too and spent a lot of time relaxing on the rooftop and by the pool there. Our room was spacious and comfortable. We did have a partial sea view and a partial car park view but it didn’t affect our stay. Yoga was offered twice a week and we thought the teacher was great, yoga on the beach. We made the most of the gym which was good and also the spa pools/steam etc. my teenage daughter loved it, it was a really easy place to settle into and feel well looked after.

  Fabulous hotel with outstanding food

  Wonderful 5 day trip with my daughter. Everything about this hotel works. Friendly staff (with a special mention of Marta in the restaurant each evening), lovely room, air conditioning that worked and that was totally silent, outstanding food, great choices at breakfast, lovely roof terrace and pool, right next to beach. Can't fault it. Also absolutely loved the yoga class on the beach with Miriam in the mornings. The spa is also gorgeous.

  Sadly, wouldn’t recommend!

  We were drawn to this hotel by its impressive online presence — the PR and marketing team clearly excel at creating beautiful visuals. Unfortunately, the reality didn’t match the expectations set by the website and Instagram. Our “partial sea view” room offered roughly 25% sea view, with the remaining outlook facing a car park, recycling bins and portable toilets. At €900 per night, this was disappointing. Breakfast was another let‑down. The buffet selection was limited for a 5‑star hotel in this price bracket, and arriving at opening time meant navigating around cleaners throwing buckets of water and sweeping the floors around guests. We didn’t dine in the hotel otherwise, so can’t comment on lunch or dinner, but there are some lovely restaurants in Port de Pollença, about a 15‑minute drive away. There’s nothing of notable quality within walking distance. The room furnishings felt mismatched and worn, even in our suite, which added to the sense that the hotel didn’t live up to its luxury positioning. The spa area looked pleasant, though it’s indoors and quite dark — not particularly inviting during a sunny August stay. Having stayed in many 5‑star hotels worldwide, we left feeling that this property did not offer value for the €900/night rate. Staff were pleasant but sadly, we wouldn’t recommend it.
