  Relaxation and Massage

  Perfect massage for total relaxation followed by a relaxing moment enjoying the great view of the lake and the Alps THANK YOU 🙏🏼

  A generally pleasant stay

  Just back from a 3 night stay that started off very ropey. Despite pre-booking the free shuttle offered by the hotel, they did not turn up to collect us from the airport. I called the hotel, who had no explanation as to why this happened, and said the next shuttle would be in 2hrs. We didn't want to wait, so ended up paying ~CHF 70 for a 10 minute taxi ride. When we checked in, the (junior/inexperienced) staff member was not forthcoming with an explanation/apology, or any attempt to make it right. However, the shift/team leader (can't remember his name) was fabulous and went over and above to rectify a disappointing start. He upgraded our room to the lakeside view (lovely) and comped us spa entry. We also booked dinner in the hotel restaurant for that night. His hospitality really helped to save the experience, and he also helped us navigate the vending machine in the lobby! He also helped us with the bus pass for the region (well worth doing). Dinner was lovely. Breakfast also nice, with plenty of choice. I would have been disappointed with the spa had we actually paid for it, but as it was comped, it was okay. Our room was lovely and clean. The hotel itself is not far from Geneva - accessible by a (free with the pass) 10 minute bus journey, and a 10 minute train journey. We didn't spend much time in the hotel itself, but it was a fine base for exploring. We successfully got the hotel shuttle back to the airport on departure!

  Business hotel with wellness.

  Large hotel for business meetings, but also suitable for partners. The highway is very close and audible, and the flight path to Geneva Airport is also impossible to miss. The rooms are okay, the breakfast buffet too, and the staff is nice (even if everything takes a very long time). They hadn't cleaned our room on the last day, which caused dismay at the front desk, but nothing more than that.
