  Unforgettable experience

  An always impeccable experience – 5 stars more than deserved! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ It is the fourth time we have stayed at the Hotel Excelsior and, once again, we are more than satisfied. It is truly a magnificent hotel, where every stay manages to give us something special. From the moment of our arrival, at the Reception we always find very kind, welcoming, professional, and above all very helpful staff. You immediately feel welcome and pampered. The rooms are spotless, well-kept, and very comfortable, perfect for relaxing and fully enjoying the stay. The breakfast is exceptional, with a wide selection and truly excellent quality. A special round of applause goes to the staff, always smiling, kind, and attentive to every need. The private beach is also managed in a simply fabulous way. The staff is always helpful, friendly, and professional, and contributes to making the days at the beach even more pleasant and relaxing. A special mention goes to the Lido Restaurant, where we found top-level cuisine and truly exceptional staff. Quality, attention, and impeccable service. In short, a hotel that we absolutely recommend and to which we will certainly return with great pleasure. The 5 stars are more than deserved!   ABSOLUTELY TO BE AVOIDED

  Absolutely not worthy of 5 stars, I will definitely not return. Booking scores are fake and misleading because it does not allow adding negative reviews... Small room, poor lighting, unclassifiable bathroom, almost non-existent surfaces for personal items, space between bidet and wall about 20cm. A sturdy person would never have been able to use it, air conditioning extremely noisy. Restaurant qualitatively poor, we had dinner one evening then we went elsewhere. I fell inside the SPA due to an inadequate floor. A couple of staff members to forget. The only positive note is the excellent beach with very kind staff and the view from the room, obviously paid for to have this plus. I have stayed in 4-star hotels that were definitely superior, I will never return.

  Excellent hotel

  As every year on the road to southern Italy, a stop of a few days at the Excelsior in Pesaro: ideal location on the beach and 10 minutes from the city center, luxury and refinement, impeccable service, excellent beach restaurant and breakfast, spa and beach very well maintained, bicycles available to visit the beautiful city of Pesaro, perfect hotel that deserves its 5 stars and the price that comes with it... One downside: the very small size of the rooms.
