  A five star hotel

  This hotel should be rated as a five star. From the minute, I walked into the lobby to being shown into my room first class all the way. The room is spacious and very clean with all the amenities. There is an outdoor dining experience, which is fabulous and gorgeous. I attended dinner Saturday night inside the main dining room with beautiful entertainment. I absolutely recommend this hotel. You will not be disappointed.

  A wonderful hotel!

  This hotel is wonderful! First and foremost, the AC works exceptionally well, and we were there in the middle of a heat wave. The staff is excellent, and the hotel is very clean. The breakfast buffet is one of the msot beautiful I have ever seen, with plenty of fresh fruits and pastries and an omelette station. The rooftop pool and bar were favorites, with gorgeous sunsets and view of Vesuvius. We left for the Naples airport at 3am, and the front desk staff sent us off with a shopping bag full of food for the trip - sandwiches and pastries and juice. This was an unexpected treat and so thoughtful for our long day of travel. I would stay there again with no hesitation.

  Welcoming atmosphere

  Just returned from a lovely, relaxing stay here! The hotel looks much better than the photos in my opinion. All staff were welcoming and polite, couldn't do enough for you. We chose a garden room due to reading reviews of the street being noisy and slept well throughout our stay. Toiletries are included in the bathroom along with a hairdryer, though you have to hold down the button to use it which isn't great if you have long hair that takes a while to dry! In the wardrobe there is also an ironing board and iron which was handy as well. We ate in the restaurant for dinner and had lunch on 2 occasions in the snack bar, all of the food was great as well as drinks in the bar. You pay your final bill at the end of your stay rather than as you go so you may need to keep track of this. The breakfast buffet had a good variety to suit everyone as well. The swimming pool was also one of the best we have ever used being a great temperature that you can walk straight into. Only downfall was that a section of it says it is a jacuzzi and this function did not work which was a little disappointing. We planned to use the gym but it is so small it can only accommodate 4 people and you have to book this on the day rather than just go in so bear this in mind as well. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it. The location is great for getting into the main town square as well.
