I can only highly recommend this hotel.
A very nice hotel in a super location. The public transport day pass that was included in the price brought us directly to the center of Lucerne by bus in about 10 minutes - top. The deluxe room with a view of Mount Pilatus and the lake - dreamlike. The staff was super friendly and dedicated. The surprise late-night meal (4 courses) was very delicious and peppered with taste surprises - top. I can only highly recommend this hotel.

Absolutely recommended hotel! Very nice and competent service. Outstanding cuisine with excellent breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Top location with a beautiful view of Lake Lucerne and the surrounding mountain landscape. Spacious, modernly furnished rooms. Very good seminar service.

Just excellent
Wow what a lovely Hotel situated 20 minutes outside Lucerne on Lake Luzern with great view of Mount Pilatus .Very friendly staff willing to go the extra mile to ensure a pleasant Happy stay. Very spacious rooms with fabulous views of lake. Good value for money and don’t forget all free bus pass for the whole of your stay .
