Fantastic location, easy 12min bus ride to downtown Lucerne (station is right outside the hotel). Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, great food. The chef’s dinner was impeccable and the beach club was super relaxed. Would def stay again.

All-around wonderful short trip at the Hotel Hermitage
Our stay was crowned by super accommodating and warm staff, fantastic service, delicious food, and a wonderful ambiance. We will choose Hotel Hermitage again, despite the high price range. Many thanks also for the surprise at breakfast on my birthday.

Lucerna + Hotel Hemitage PREMIUM destination
From Valencia we went to Switzerland, spending a weekend in Lucerne. The truth is that we were lucky with both the hotel and Mar, who assisted us in our language without any communication barriers. It is appreciated when far from home. She assisted and advised us magnificently for the entire weekend. Especially the star visit to Mount Pilatus at an altitude of 2,132 m. A spectacular visit, both the ascent by cable car and the return by boat across the lake; a wonderful visit. Everything was organized by the hotel. The hotel's surroundings were spectacular. You can go to the center of Lucerne on foot or by bus, which stops in front of the hotel. There is no need to take the car. The room with a view of the lake was magnificent. The breakfast was fantastic, as were the restaurant, spa, and services. Certainly a city and hotel to return to. We would also like to thank Antonela for her empathy and advice. A very, very short weekend. This hotel deserves more days. See you soon.
