  Very disappointing.

  Unfortunately, the stay at this hotel was quite disappointing and did not meet the expectations we had. I had been to this hotel two years ago and had a positive memory. The room did not live up to expectations, it was cramped, the bathroom was small without a bidet, especially regarding cleanliness and maintenance. Some services also left something to be desired and overall we had the feeling that the attention to detail that one would expect from a property of this type was missing. The staff was helpful, they did not speak a word of Italian, the breakfast was poor, a big disappointment, the overall experience was not particularly positive. Considering the price paid, we definitely expected more. It's a shame, because with more attention to cleanliness, maintenance, and the quality of services, the hotel could offer a much better experience. I do not recommend it and I will not go back. I expected more from a 4-star hotel.

  The Perfect Day At Holm

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Had such a lovely and relaxing experience at Holm Boutique & Spa. The spa facilities were absolutely perfect — everything was peaceful, clean and beautifully maintained. We enjoyed the IVA bath, sauna, steam room, pedicure area, indoor pool with jacuzzi, and gym. The whole atmosphere was incredibly calm and relaxing, making it the perfect place to switch off and unwind. 🧖‍♀️✨ I also had an amazing massage by Lani — she is one seriously strong woman! 💪😂 The massage was exactly what I needed, and she did such a fantastic job. We booked through a Deals.com voucher, which also included Prosecco and a lovely fruit platter, making the experience feel even more special. 🥂🍓 The staff were very down-to-earth, friendly and welcoming, which made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. Such a lovely spa day from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Holm Boutique & Spa and would happily visit again! 💕

  Great decor, staff and location

  Perfect decor, location, as slightly away from the hustle and bustle of the busy centre, staff very welcoming professional,always happy to help, and hotel's fantastic facilities impressed us the most. Highly recommend. Would definitely visit again.
