  A fantastic retreat

  A fantastic retreat with amazing staff, outstanding service, and delicious food. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we felt welcome from the moment we arrived. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again!

  Great stay

  We were supported even before our stay. The superior double room was very well equipped and located in a quiet area, allowing us to explore the area rested. Especially the dinner was excellent, both in service and food. Thank you very much.

  Wonderful!!

  We had a wonderful weekend in a SpaSuite. From the equipment, the cleanliness (a big praise to the cleaning team), to the staff, everything perfect. Sauna, steam sauna, outdoor whirlpool, a fantastic bed, a coffee machine (coffee capsules, milk, sugar available) in the service corner, a stocked minibar (2 x cola,4 x water,2 x beer) with snacks (chips, nuts, gummy bears, chocolate)...here everything is thought of to completely relax. Arrive, slip into the bathrobe provided and enjoy... The breakfast buffet also leaves nothing to be desired. The service at the 20zwanzig was for breakfast as well as for dinner in the evening (as a guest you have automatically "reserved" a table, the indication of a time is desired for better planning, absolutely understandable. We notified around noon ) fantastic. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout. Although the restaurant was well attended, the tables were allocated in such a way that one felt undisturbed. Great! The food was delicious and very well presented... a big praise to the star chef. Even the later taken in the bar area (in the very welcoming reception area) "slumber", we could enjoy in peace. By the warm check in, we were greeted with a glass of Prosecco and escorted to the suite, where it was explained to us (all functions for room control and use of the spa facilities, can also be read again on the control tablets), one felt immediately welcome. The check out was also absolutely problem-free and courteous. On Sunday we had no warm water in the morning. We let the reception know (short call via the control tablet) and within a short time the problem was fixed and apologized several times. Fantastic how quickly they responded. We would like to have a small table at the whirlpool to put down the drinks. Unfortunately, we also did not find a broom/sweeper in the suite to remove the foliage at the hot tub. But that is "moaning at a high level" and not to be seen as criticism. All in all, we had a great, very relaxing stay and thank everyone for this fantastic experience.
