  This hotel is like its name… UNIQUE!!!

  My experience at B Unique Cozumel was, in general, very pleasant. It is a small, quiet boutique hotel with facilities that are in excellent condition. Precisely because it is a more intimate hotel, it feels very relaxing and cozy; it really does not need to be bigger to enjoy an excellent stay. One of my favorite parts was definitely the pool area. It is spectacular and has an atmosphere that makes you feel as if you were at a relaxation retreat. I also loved the direct access to the sea. Although there is no beach with a shore as such, the hotel has a very comfortable way to go down directly to the water and enjoy the sea, something that I personally enjoyed very much. As for the food, I must say that I expected a little more. I cannot say that it was bad, and something very important to me is that everything sat perfectly well with me, but I do feel that it is an area in which the hotel can improve. Some dishes needed a little more flavor and salt, and there were several things that simply were not to my taste. Considering how beautiful and special the hotel is, I think that elevating the gastronomic experience a little more would make a big difference. I also consider that there are some aspects of the service that could improve. However, I want to make a VERY special mention of Claudia, in the restaurant area, because her service was fantastic. We were a group of approximately 15 people and Claudia practically became a key point for many of us during the stay. She was always attentive, kind, helpful, and really made a huge difference in our experience. I also want to especially recognize David M at the front desk, who was present from our arrival and helped us during the stay until the moment of our departure. He was extremely pleasant, attentive, and willing to help us, and he definitely deserves to be recognized for his excellent treatment. In general, I enjoyed my stay at B Unique very much. It is a beautiful, intimate hotel and perfect if you are looking to disconnect, relax, and enjoy the sea in a quiet environment. With some improvements to the food and certain service details, the experience could be even better. Without a doubt, I take away very good memories of the place and, especially, of the people who made our stay more pleasant.

  Nice place, good food, drinks, the service from the bartender Yussell was very good along with his colleague Pablo, very attentive and helpful
