Very good, but it can be improved
The hotel's highlight is the location. On the edge of Lake Lanquihue with a beautiful view of the Calbuco volcano. With a short walk, the Osorno volcano can also be seen. And it's close to the center, you can walk there. Great facilities, good cleaning, good food. Good breakfast, I just didn't like the sweets. WHAT NEEDS IMPROVEMENT, IN MY OPINION: 1) HEATING: Even though it was winter, the heating would turn off (or was turned off) during some periods, including at night, when the outside temperature was reaching 2°C. We had to complain at least three times because the problem kept recurring, even after our initial complaint. That was unpleasant. 2) RECEPTION SERVICE: the service is not standardized. Some employees serve well and look to solve problems that arise; others do not. I had reserved a room with a queen bed, but they gave us a room with a double bed, and on the first night there was a problem with the heating. When I questioned this, a receptionist said that "there were no other rooms available." And we would still stay for four more nights. Then I started talking to another person. She said she would pass it on to the "person in charge." Later, when we returned from a trip, I went to ask for the manager. Another receptionist said they would make the exchange to a larger room, with a bigger bed and at no additional cost. Indeed, they gave us a much better room, which was very good. But there had already been an unnecessary wear and tear. I still consider Hotel Cabaña Del Lago very good, but these situations take away the top score.

Very good!
I recommend, very good hotel structure, wonderful breakfast (only missed more protein) very good cuisine, cleanliness of the rooms impeccable.
