Good for families, relaxing atmosphere
We wanted 3 days of relaxation, which we spent mainly in the pools and eating excellent food.

Rather disappointing
During our stay, on a Monday evening (not weekend) there was a party and the music was so loud that none of us (not even the children) could sleep. The party lasted until 2:00am. I wasn't really expecting this from such a pricey hotel. In 2 nights they only made the beds, no cleaning. The furniture and glass was dusty. Food is good, if you exclude the desert (which is really bad). Spa is good tho. Let's say for half the price, it can be a good stay, but feels like a 4 star hotel, with 3 star service, that cost like a 5 star hotel.

Impeccable Experience at Hotel Crystal Sovata
I had an absolutely wonderful stay. Everything was impeccable: clean and bright rooms, a relaxing atmosphere, excellent food, and flawless services. The spa is amazing, a perfect place for total relaxation. The staff was very kind and always ready to help, which made the whole experience even more pleasant. I want to mention Paulo, the hotel director, who was exceptional — attentive, present, professional, and incredibly kind. He truly elevated the standard of our entire stay. Highly recommended! ❤️
