Excellent stay
The hotel is a dream, the rooms are super comfortable, I was able to sleep incredibly well, the service is excellent, they were always looking after us. I highly recommend it.

An incredible experience to disconnect
I loved my experience at El Encanto Acapulco. From the moment you arrive, you notice that the hotel's aesthetic is super well thought out: the colors, the materials, and every detail are very much in harmony with nature and the incredible ocean views. I also really enjoyed the atmosphere. Something I found especially beautiful was the musical selection; the repertoire goes perfectly with the views, the architecture, and the feeling of being there, creating a very special and relaxing atmosphere. The service was 10 out of 10: all the staff were super attentive and kind. The place is incredible and feels like a true escape from the city. I recommend it 100% for going with family, with friends, or simply to disconnect for a few days, breathe, and enjoy Acapulco from a spectacular place.

Great place! The best view in Acapulco without a doubt. The service is incredible, they are always very attentive to you and resolve things quickly. Luis from the restaurant spoiled us a lot
