Overview

Hotel Flora sits on Via Taglieda in the middle of Livigno, close enough to step straight onto the main street, the ski lifts and the cross-country trail, with a garage where your car can stay parked for the whole visit. An entire floor of the hotel is turned over to wellness: a pool with a whirlpool, a sauna and an aromatic Turkish bath, a Scottish shower that alternates cold fog…

    Superlative stay

Hotel Flora absolutely met our expectations. Excellent hotel in the center with a covered garage, a stone's throw from the main street. Very spacious rooms and impeccable cleanliness, excellent cuisine, with a great variety of choices for both breakfast and dinner (we chose the half-board option). Trained and kind staff. A respectable wellness center, also including a large indoor pool complete with hydromassage. For us it was a pleasant discovery and we will return! 👍🏻

    LIKE AT HOME

As a first time at Hotel Flora, I must say that it was exceptional from every point of view. Right from our arrival, we felt at home. The girl at the desk, besides being very nice and kind (which is not a given), explained everything to us well in the smallest detail. Garage: covered, every room number is associated with a reserved spot with the same number. Hotel: it is located on a ZTL street off the main one, but there is no problem because during check-in you must give your license plate number to register the entry. The rooms are beautiful with a fairly large bathroom where you can move around very well. In the morning, the staff that cleans the rooms is very fast and very precise. In the hallways that lead to the rooms there is carpeting; in fact, at any time of day or night it is very quiet, and I slept very well. After a relaxing night's sleep, don't you want to start the day with an excellent and abundant breakfast? Here you will find everything from fantastic croissants in various flavors (I had cream one day and pistachio the other) to fresh or packaged yogurt (even lactose-free), to unpackaged cookies, cold cuts, cheeses, fresh vegetables and fruit to make juices, fresh squeezed juices, the machine to make coffee, cappuccinos, and much more (if like me you are lactose intolerant, ask and they will make you a cappuccino with the special milk). We had chosen half board (we ate at the hotel in the evening). As an "opening" there is a buffet where you serve yourself; you can find everything from fresh vegetables (lettuce, tomatoes...) to other things that change every day. Then for courses we could choose two from the menu, and I must say that you will get up from the table super full. Everything was delicious. If you drink wine, there are no problems; they are very well-trained in the dining room and will advise you on the choice for the best pairing. Kindness and special attention to customers is something you will certainly find here. When you arrive in the room, as a welcome there are chocolates on the pillows and on the desk a bag of their own cookies and a pack of vegan crackers (not their own production but good nonetheless). You will also find a courtesy kit with sewing threads, very fragrant lip balm, and in the bathroom, a courtesy kit with a shower cap, hair tie, etc... . If you have intolerances or are vegan, just write it down or say so, and they will accommodate you in some way. This hotel accepts dogs. Before leaving, they gave us (they give a gift to all guests) 3 small bottles of water (one each) for the trip and 2 bags of mixed berry candies, super kind of them. What can I say, we just got back home and are already thinking about returning next February... When you have a good time in a place, you can't wait to go back. Greetings to Vittoria, Stefano, Luca the chef, and all the others whose names I don't remember (sorry)...
