Dreamy place.
From the moment we inquired about room availability, they were very kind and welcoming in answering all our questions, personal requests, and providing tips. 100% empathy! The hotel and all its areas are a little earthly paradise. It is incredible how nice it is to see so much vegetation, animals, birds, and everything being respected and well cared for. A set of beautiful harmony that is truly something dreamy, unique, with a truly wonderful hotel concept very worthy of Rapa Nui. The staff is on another level. Very friendly, polite, and helpful. Even before our arrival, they made us feel very comfortable. They helped us with all kinds of requests, tips, or assistance. They made our stay something special. I think that without that, everything else would not have been perfect, but that is how they made us feel during our stay. The facilities and rooms are very well maintained. They made sure to give us the best room. Without a doubt, #9 (with the best view and privacy by far!) was what we needed, and we had it. They even fulfilled a personal request for flowers in the room, which they left exactly as requested. (Thank you very much for that detail!) I can only finish by thanking you once again for everything. For the care, the attention, the good vibes, and everyone's always very good disposition. From reception with José Gabriel, Daniel, in the restaurant with María José, Stefano, Leo, Andrea from the kitchen and her entire team, to our housekeeper... and above all, to highlight the work and service provided by Matías. It was all 1000/10. We will return without a doubt! Thank you very much Hare Uta!

We spent 4 excellent full days, the restaurant is delicious!
Bring clothing for warm and cool days. For any questions, consult the hotel staff regarding transportation, shopping, etc. Always very willing.

The place is a paradise!
Excellent stay, truly the best there is in Rapa Nui. Attentive, friendly, caring staff; rooms in perfect condition, clean, cozy; the place is a wonderful landscape, and the breakfast is even better! We recommend Hare Uta without a doubt.
