  For a 4-star, it serves very well, as it has internal communication with the Sheraton and Hilton, you use the restaurants of the 3 hotels. Have coffee at the Hilton, which makes for a superior breakfast. The La Cabrera Restaurant at the Hilton is good to make a reservation, the one at Hotel Huentala, specialized in pasta, is also very good. Since we arrived late, we ate a hamburger at the Sheraton that was great. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is clean. In my room there was no do not disturb sign, so the maid was in my room twice without fault, by the way 0 118, there is no view, but I didn't miss it.. I requested a transfer on the way there which was perfect for 25 dollars, the hotel directs to an agency that is inside the Sheraton. However, on the way back there was a problem; there were 3 of us with 3 medium suitcases and three carry-ons, and they sent a car that only fit 2 medium suitcases and one carry-on. And they wanted to charge us, my luck is that I wrote everything down and showed the email, they honored the second car without charging. The return was 21 dollars. The only attendant who wasn't very nice was upon arrival; he offered an upgrade to the couple with me, but didn't specify the hotel. I found it strange; he said it was a nearby hotel, but since this group has other hotels, we didn't know where it was, and we declined. He then said it was the Hilton, I don't know if it was

  Very good stay

  Hotel very well located, La Cabrera Restaurant is excellent! Very good service. Only bathrooms need modernization

  Pleasant

  - Hotel very well located, staff extremely attentive and helpful. Shared structure (academy, restaurant, etc) with 2 other hotels is excellent! - It left something to be desired due to the lack of lighting in the bathroom and shower over the bathtub, forcing one to climb onto the bathtub to take a shower, which is very uncomfortable and dangerous.
