    Just great

    Lovely room, very good service, nice spa, great choice for breakfast, comfortable garage. What more do you want. Should I ever go back to Kazimierz Dolny, król Kazimierz will definitely be my hotel again. Highly recommend

    Tired and overpriced

    We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights at the of May. We booked through their website and wanted a room with two beds. Unfortunately due to a glitch in their system we ended up, unknowingly, reserving and paying in advance for a room of a higher standard but with one large bed, instead of two singles we needed. The hotel staff was helpful at check in and changed our room to a lower standard one but with two beds. Unfortunately, the room really was very substandard. It was very tired, with old very uncomfortable beds which exacerbated my back pain (the reason for wanting two beds in the first place). It was like sleeping on a water bed, it wobbled at the slightest move, offering no support. The carpet was stained, the walls had discoloured paint peeling off, and the toilet seat was fitted by a plumber with a squint - on a diagonal! The restaurant was nice, as was the swimming pool, the staff we came into contact with helpful, but for the price you'd do better booking one of the smaller guest houses nearby.
