  Very good experience.

  Very nice experience at this hotel, which is very well located near everything: transportation, restaurants, and tourist sites. The staff is very welcoming, pleasant, and always ready to advise us. The breakfast is very well stocked and there is a large selection of sweet or savory items. In the afternoon, a complimentary tea time. The room was spacious and pleasant, and there was no noise from the nearby train station.

  The worst experience i ever had in a hotel

  I have been robbed without any shame. Check Airbnb and Google reviews. Don’t book this hotel at least you want your money to be stolen. They steal to the guests and lie without any shame. Since May 28th and 31st, I made a reservation at this hotel through Airbnb and paid through the platform, as per Airbnb's policies. An hour later, the hotel called me on my mobile to say that I hadn't made any payment, that they weren't confirming my reservation, and that if I showed up at the hotel, they would call the police. I contacted Airbnb, and they spoke with the hotel to explain how their payment policies work. The guest pays through the platform, and the payment is held until the day after arrival at the accommodation. The receptionist understood and called me to apologize and confirm my reservation. Upon checking out of the hotel, I was charged €84 for breakfast. In the listing, breakfast was listed as a hotel service, without any mention of an extra cost. Airbnb's policy expressly states that the host cannot charge the guest anything if it is not specified in the listing. I wasn't informed that breakfast has an extra charge, neither upon arrival nor when I went to have breakfast each day. Furthermore, upon arrival, €100 was blocked on my credit card as a guarantee, something that wasn't mentioned on the platform and shouldn't have been done without prior notification in the listing. Checking previous reviews on Airbnb, I see that this has already happened to other guests. They don't seem to understand Airbnb's policies and are causing problems and extra charges for guests. On another note, hygiene needs significant improvement. *After 2 weeks still waiting the money of the deposit that the hotel blocked besides that a few days ago finally decided to “refund” the payment of the breakfast that they never should get and later they disappear without any explanation or solution. Now they say that they refunded the money without any proof. Of course the money is disappeared. A lot of time waited besides the money but i’ll go to the end claiming in the authorities because is the most disgusting situation that i ever had in a hotel.
