Expected more from a 5-star hotel, price-performance ratio is not right.
We had a nice room with a view. The staff is very nice and accommodating. Breakfast selection is not satisfactory for a 5-star establishment, rather modest. Every extra must be paid for separately, such as, e.g., fresh orange juice. The restaurant also offers the same menu every day! The kitchen is not convincing, it is only mediocre.

A very pleasant stay at the Crans
The staff, whether in the restaurant or at the reception, was very attentive. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom should be renovated and equipped with showers. We were in a junior suite. The view of the mountains is outstanding. The breakfast is very good. The dinner (menus) was very varied. Only the cleanliness in the room still has potential.
