    Simply fantastic

    The Tugu is wonderful from every point of view. The rooms are very spacious, clean, furnished in authentic Balinese style, and equipped with every comfort. The beach is extensive and quiet: guests spread out between sunbeds and mattresses, giving almost the feeling of being on a private beach. The 2 pools and 2 spas are also splendid; the Balinese massage is exceptional. The restaurant is excellent, with a varied menu between local and international cuisine and great attention to allergies and intolerances. You can also have lunch on the beach or by the pool. Breakfast is abundant, varied, and with very fresh products, while in the afternoon a delicious snack is offered on the beach. The real strong point, however, is the staff: very kind, smiling, refined, and always available. After just half a day, they already knew our names, food preferences, and every detail useful for making the stay truly personalized. A special thanks to everyone and in particular to the very nice Dedy - number 1!

    Special hotel in Lombok

    We had a wonderful stay here for four nights. The setting is beautiful and the hotel has a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere with plenty of space to relax and chill out. We enjoyed eating on the beach and had some excellent spa treatments. The staff are lovely-everyone seemed to learn our names immediately! They couldn’t have done more to make us feel welcome and special which really enhanced our experience. Would definitely recommend and hope to return.

    Wonderful Stay at Hotel Tugu Lombok

    We had an amazing stay at Hotel Tugu Lombok. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The activities organized by the hotel were fantastic, especially the snorkeling trip around the Gili Islands, which was a highlight of our visit. The spa was also excellent and the perfect place to relax. Breakfast was delicious, with a great selection of fresh local and international options each morning. A beautiful hotel with outstanding service and experiences. We would gladly return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lombok.
