Very old hotel , old rooms , the poorest breakfast. There were many bags in my room . The fruits in breakfast are canned. The pool area are so lake old looks like a clubmad nothing FAR from five stars hotel

An old, neglected hotel with outdated rooms, peeling walls, and a general feeling that maintenance has been forgotten. The breakfast was extremely basic, with canned fruit rather than fresh produce. Definitely more suitable for a 3-star hotel — and even then, a rating of 5 would be generous. Not a place I would recommend.

I have stayed at this hotel on several occasions and, as far as the location, the rooms, and the service are concerned, I have always been satisfied. Unfortunately, this time I was very disappointed by the handling of my report by the housekeeping department. I forgot my swimsuit drying in room 201. After realizing I had forgotten it, I immediately contacted the hotel, but I was informed that, following the checks carried out, the item was not found. From a 5-star property, I would have expected more accurate lost and found management and communication, worthy of the hotel's level. This experience left me deeply disappointed, especially thinking about what could have happened in the case of a more valuable item.
