The iconic cliffside views and luxurious villas are already breathtaking, but it is truly the exceptional hospitality team that makes this resort unforgettable. A heartfelt thank you to the front office team—Alesha, May, and Jom—for their outstanding professionalism and warm hospitality throughout our stay. Every request was handled seamlessly with genuine care. A very special shoutout to Alesha, who was incredibly sweet, gentle, and adorable—her lovely smile made us feel so warmly welcomed every single day! We would also like to commend our driver, Phai. He was extraordinarily warm, friendly, and courteous, ensuring our transfer was comfortable, smooth, and stress-free.
