  Overpriced with zero privacy

  We recently spent a week at Katikies Mykonos at the end of the season. If you are considering this property, I highly recommend studying the photos and reading other reviews carefully as there is absolutely zero privacy in the outdoor areas of the rooms and suites. If secluded outdoor space is a priority for you, this hotel is not the right choice. For a hotel that commands over €4,000 a week during the off-season, and as a member of The Leading Hotels of the World, the culinary experience was highly disappointing. The breakfast options were merely okay, but they remained entirely unchanged for our entire seven-day stay. The only fresh fruit available was a small dish of uninspiring grapes. Furthermore, the on-site dining options were so minimal that we didn’t see a single guest eat a meal there all week. Instead, we constantly ran into familiar faces from the hotel at Vasilikos Restaurant, a fantastic spot just around the corner. On a positive note, the rooms and public areas were immaculately clean and kept in excellent shape. With only a few exceptions, the staff members were kind, and attentive.

  Luxury hotel at reasonable price

  We stayed a few days in this hotel before heading to Antiparos and enjoyed our time. The place is very quiet with a splendid view on the sea. We were upgraded to a suite with private pool which looks like a villa that I would recommend. Breakfast is of quality with fresh ingredients. Nice pool overlooking the sea with confortable bed sofas. Service was professionnal. You have some good restaurants around like Beef Bar very trendy. And by walking 5 mn you have access to secluded beach and pristine water. Had a great massage at the Spa facility.
