Stayed at Katikies Santorini. It was beautiful and the Customer centric culture at the Hotel and Suites is abundant. Great accommodations, great staff, great food, great views. They have it all! If return to Santorini, this is the place we’ll return to. Thank you, Sophia (Site Manager). 5-Stars across the Board!

Magical location
Hotel with an incredible view of the Caldera.. quiet room, very clean and tastefully furnished. Very beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. Magical! The Oia city center is a few minutes away on foot. Very quiet hotel. Magnificent pool. Impractical in case of hip, knee, or other mobility issues.... This hotel is made only of steps and stairs......like almost everywhere in Santorini. A la carte breakfast. It is very limited and the service is deathly dull....... It opens at 8 a.m. and if you have to leave before that time, the hotel provides a basket consisting of a juice box, a cereal bar, and a mini sandwich....... That is THE big negative point of this hotel!. What a shame 🤷‍♀️

Ethereal Five star Luxury experience
Absolutely breathtaking!! An unforgettable stay at Katikies Santorini exceeded all of our expectations. The views overlooking the Caldera are simply spectacular - waking up each morning to the sparkling Aegean Sea and those iconic whitewashed cliffs felt like a dream. It was simply ethereal in every way. The property itself is elegant, immaculate, and perfectly captures the beauty and romance of Santorini. The service was exceptional, particularly by Panos, the hotel concierge, and Sofia, the Manager. They were exceedingly accommodating, warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay memorable. Panos' restaurant recommendations were spot on each time! Watching the sunset over the Caldera from our room was truly magical and something we will never forget. From the incredible views to the wonderful hospitality, every detail was perfect. A five-star experience in every way. We cannot wait to return.
