Check-out later than 18:00 hours will be charged at the full rate. No-show: Full stay including transfers will be charged Early departure: The full amount for the stay will be charged, and no refunds will be issued.

To arrange your transfer from and to Male' International Airport, please contact our reservations team. Transfer rates are as follows: Seaplane Transfers: • Adults (12 years and above): USD 320 per person, per way • Children (2 – 11.99 years): USD 220 per person, per way • Infants (0 – 1.99 years): Complimentary Domestic Flight Transfers: • Adults (12 years and above): USD 270 per person, per way • Children (2 – 11.99 years): USD 190 per person, per way • Infants (0 – 1.99 years): Complimentary Important Flight & Transfer Information • Baggage Allowance: 20kg checked luggage + 5kg hand luggage (excess baggage: USD 7 per kg) • Cabin Baggage Size Limit: 20” x 12” x 7” (L + W + H) • Scheduling: While we arrange domestic/sea plane flight transfers with Maldivian Airlines, schedules may be affected by weather, international flight connections, and aviation regulations. We strive to keep waiting times under three hours, but delays may occur. Lounge access with refreshments is provided upon arrival. • Delayed International Flights: If your international flight is delayed, any additional transfer costs will be charged to your reservation. Domestic Flight Transfers • Reservation Deadline: At least 8 days before arrival (last-minute requests subject to availability) • Duration: 30-minute flight + 25-minute speedboat transfer • Arrival Time Requirements: Available only for flights landing in Malé before 21:00 and departing after 09:00. Guests arriving late or departing early must arrange their own accommodation in Malé at their own cost. Seaplane Transfers • Reservation Deadline: At least 4 days before arrival (last-minute requests subject to availability) • Duration: 45-minute direct flight (may include an additional stop at another resort) • Arrival Time Requirements: Available only for flights landing in Malé before 15:30 and departing after 09:00. The last seaplane transfer from the resort departs at 15:30. Guests arriving late or departing early must arrange their own accommodation in Malé at their own cost. Passenger Information Requirement For both domestic and seaplane transfers, all passenger names must match passport details, including titles (Mr., Ms., Mrs., Mstr., Miss, etc.). Please provide full names and dates of birth for any children under 12 years old. • Name or Date Amendments: Changes made within 96 hours of arrival (domestic flights) or 48 hours of arrival (seaplane) will incur a charge of USD 150 per passenger, per way. • Lounge Access: Provided upon arrival for all guests.

If your stay includes the nights of 24th December or 31st December, participation in our festive gala dinners is required. Charges are as follows: December 24, 2025 & 2026: • Adults (12 years and above): USD 140 per person (inclusive of taxes) • Children (2 – 11 years): USD 70 per child (inclusive of taxes) December 31, 2025: • Adults (12 years and above): USD 390 per person (inclusive of taxes) • Children (2 – 11 years): USD 290 per child (inclusive of taxes)

We accept cash in USD, EUR, GBP (only notes issued after 2006 and in good condition). Damaged or old notes are not accepted. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and AMEX for credit card payments. Online Payment: We can provide a secure link for online payment, which may be completed using Visa or MasterCard only.

Our airport representative will be waiting at the arrival hall exit holding a Kudafushi Resort & Spa sign.
