  A place apart

  An ultra-original place combining hotel / restaurants / rooftop / gyms / spa / semi-Olympic pool / climbing / coworking. Hotel stay with breakfast. Perfect experience in this magical place, the staff is lovely and gives good advice. You absolutely must take advantage of the facility with its cardio/boxing room and very well-equipped weight room. The pool could stand to be a little warmer but is an impressive size in the middle of Paris. Bravo for this beautiful place, I will return with pleasure.

  Five-Star Prices, Two-Star Experience

  I chose this hotel expecting a true five star experience from a new property in Paris. Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I have had. Check in officially starts at 3:00 PM, so waiting until then was not the issue. What was frustrating was being told at 2:50 PM that my room would be ready in 10 minutes. When I returned at 3:05 PM, the key was already behind reception. It felt like the room had been ready, but no one handed it over until exactly 3:00 PM. Not the biggest problem, but it set the tone for the stay. The main issue was the air conditioning. Paris was going through a heat wave, and despite the thermostat being set to 16°C, the room never became properly cool. My friend was staying on another floor and had the same issue, so this was not limited to one room. After I complained, I was told no technician was available because it was Sunday and that someone would check it on Monday. Monday came, and while the room felt slightly cooler, maybe one or two degrees, nothing was properly fixed. The solution was to bring a Dyson fan, then another fan. My friend also received a fan. A fan is not a replacement for working air conditioning, especially in a hotel charging five star rates. The room was modern but small, which is understandable in central Paris. The bathroom, however, was extremely cramped. The toilet area was so small that using it comfortably was difficult. The bed was also uncomfortable. Although it was a queen bed, sleeping in the middle felt strange and uncomfortable, almost as if there was something raised or uneven in the center of the mattress. I do not know if it was the mattress or the way the bed was built, but it did not feel like the level of comfort expected from a five star hotel. I also had an issue with cleanliness. After taking a shower, I picked up what should have been a clean towel and found it stained. That should not happen in a hotel of this standard. The bed sheets also trapped heat instead of feeling breathable, which made the hot room even harder to sleep in. At checkout, the front desk manager was professional and polite. He apologized sincerely and explained that he had tried to contact me, but somehow my email address and phone number were missing from the reservation, despite me providing all my details at check in. I respected the way he handled the conversation. He offered me one complimentary night for a future stay. I appreciate the gesture, but I do not travel from another country to Paris for one free night. After paying for a full stay and spending most nights struggling with the heat and poor sleep, one complimentary night does not change the overall experience. Paris has many excellent five star hotels in the same price range, and some cost less. Sadly, this hotel did not deliver the standard it promises. I would not return, especially during the summer.

  A hotel that checks all the boxes of a very beautiful 5-star.

  A superb hotel where you immediately feel at home. The decor is warm and the entire staff is immediately adorable. Starting with Jean Damien, who is as professional as he is friendly. Same for Asia, who accompanied us to our room. We immediately liked the place and the atmosphere. Superb room, top-notch bedding, the 86-degree, 82-foot-long pool, and a rooftop with an incredible view. And what's more, there is a valet! We have no doubt about coming back soon.
