    A dream destination

    We were here for 3 nights during our trip through Tuscany. One is inclined to say "it doesn't get any better than this." Room, the team, restaurant, simply the entire location, everything perfect.

    A true vacation of total relaxation.

    We ended up here after comparing other similar properties on some sites. Never was a choice more perfect. Amazing location, well-maintained and super clean. Large room, well-furnished. The spa is the right size with all the top services. The pools are small but perfect. We had to ask for a favor at the reception, if they could get some medicine since it had been forgotten at home; after providing the credentials, they had everything in the room in a short time, I would say top service. Food always perfect with high-quality raw materials. What can I say, we will be back and in the meantime we recommend it to everyone.

    A true Tuscan gem!

    Our stay at La Monastica Resort & Spa was absolutely magical — one of those places that stays in your heart long after you leave. From the moment we arrived, we were surrounded by a wonderful sense of luxury, history and authentic Italian charm. The traditional rooms are truly beautiful, full of character and elegance, while still offering all the comfort and refinement you expect from a luxury hotel. Every detail feels carefully considered, creating an atmosphere that is both sophisticated and special. The service was warm, attentive, professional and genuinely welcoming. The food deserves a special mention. Dinner was absolutely outstanding! Breakfast was equally impressive: fresh, high-quality and the perfect way to start the day in such beautiful surroundings. La Monastica is much more than a beautiful hotel. It is an experience that combines Tuscan tradition, breathtaking views, understated luxury, incredible food and exceptional hospitality. Everything about our stay felt authentic, peaceful and special. A true Tuscan gem!

Pets

Pets weighing up to 10 kg are allowed with a daily supplement of €40. Pets can access all areas except the restaurant rooms, swimming pools, Spa, gym and Terme dell’Anima.

Cleaning

La Monastica Resort & Spa reserves the right to charge an additional cost for extraordinary cleaning, if necessary, equal to €50 per hour.

Smoking

We remind you that, according to Italian law (art. 51 law no. 3 of 16/01/03 d of the Prime Ministerial Decree 23/12/03), smoking is prohibited in all internal areas of the Resort and in the rooms. In the presence of smoke, the detectors will activate the fire prevention system. Smoking is allowed in some garden areas, but not in the presence of children or pregnant women

The wet area

The wet area of our Spa is included in the cost of the rate. It provides 90-minute slots per day per room where you can enjoy the sauna, Turkish bath, sensory showers, and the “Rock Tub” experience. To guarantee the desired time, reservations are recommended. Entry is permitted for those aged 14 and over.

Rooms are available from 3:00 pm. In case of Early Check-in, please contact the Reception in advance to check availability. We remind you that access to the customer floors is only permitted after registration at the Reception.

Check out

Please check out by 11:00 am on the day of your departure. If you need to leave your luggage at the Hotel storage, please contact the Concierge. In case of Late Check-out, please inform the Reception well in advance to check availability and the cost of the supplement.
