La Tour Hassan Palace
We had a wonderful greeting on arrival, and the hotel and staff were super, however, at times it felt the staff attentiveness (though numbers of staff) was not quite where you'd expect, and at times it took ages to find staff to take food and drink orders, and this was only further impacted by a large event taking place at the hotel whilst we were there. Im sure we were just unlucky in timings here, and otherwise customer attention would normally have been much better. A strong point was the location and proximity of the hotel in the city, all of the main "to-see" attractions were within walking distance of the hotel. A very relaxing 4 days.

Lovely hotel and fantastic service
The hotel reception accommodated us when we arrived for a tour and needed a room for one night before the tour started at the last minute. We enjoyed our room (after the AC kicked in!) and I had wonderful hammam, while my husband and I had a couples massage that helped us recover from a tough overnight trip. I would recommend a courtyard view room - it was quiet and a very pleasant view.
