  Wonderful stay

  What a fabulous place, we loved it here. San Cassiano is a lovely town and this hotel is right in the centre. Our room was so well designed and equipped, every detail has been thought about. We enjoyed the hotel facilities (gym (more free weights would have been appreciated), spa, couples massage) and the breakfast and daily afternoon cake were exceptional, we also enjoyed the Friday salad when we arrived. The staff team are a joy, everyone is friendly and helpful and we enjoyed some great hikes, a day mountain biking and some wonderful meals in local restaurants. We’ll be back, thank you. Our only frustration was receiving a parking ticket on departure. We parked next to the hotel not in the underground car park, and felt this should have been made clearer to us on arrival.

  Absolutely fantastic!

  I wish I could give this hotel more than 5 stars. I brought a group to the Dolomites on a hiking trip, and Lagacio Mountain Residence was our home base. From start to finish, they were over-the-top wonderful! First, the gorgeous rooms; we were stunned by the amount of space we each had. We had a full kitchen, sitting room, a large bedroom, and an equally large bathing area with a giant tub and walk-in shower. Each room had a large terrace and a lovely view of the mountains. The breakfast was hearty and healthy, and several nights we enjoyed drinks and snacks in the cozy little bar. The staff was fantastic! Sabine, Nadia and Chiara anticipated our every need, and Andrea kept the cocktails rolling at night and the coffee coming in the morning. They even allowed us to mail some supplies ahead so that we could travel a little lighter and helped us organize and carry them out. We were greeted and treated like family. This is one of the best experiences I've had with a hotel for my groups. If you're planning a trip to the Dolomites, don't miss this lovely gem.

  Lovely hotel great staff

  Unfortunately we only stayed one night here as it is a truly delightful place. The room is large with a kitchenette and seating area . Very nice brand new bathroom with bathtub and great shower. Very good amenities and bed very comfortable with fluffy duvet. Good lighting, a safe,drinking fountain.lovely terrace. We were warmly welcomed with a drink and wonderful snacks Breakfast was definitely a highlight as wonderfully presented and delicious home made fresh breads and pastries and organic local produce. Homemade jam. A great selection. Definitely one of the best . In a beautiful decorated room . The whole hotel is tastefully decorated and mindful of the planet Staff were all lovely The only downside is that the rooms overlook the road so can be a bit noisy but it is such a delightful place that you can overlook it There is a good underground garage Would definitely recommend and go back
