  An Oasis in Paradise

  The hotel is perfectly located for convenient access to shopping, dining, and the beach. The rooms are quiet at night, with street noise barely perceptible. Room maintenance is excellent, and all service staff are polite and accommodating. Front desk staff are friendly and efficient, and offer guidance for the local area. We wanted for nothing during our time at the Maison. Improving sustainability takes time to implement across a hotel, and I was impressed by the advances being made since our previous visit. I have stayed here several times, and will being staying there several more.

  Lovely, clean hotel near beach!

  Lovely hotel, great base for Sanur. Very modern and smart, beautifully clean. Nice pool but no sun from mid afternoon which is when we would have liked to spend time there. 5 mins walk to the beach. Easy to get a grab taxi from the door. enjoyed our two nights there very much and could have stayed longer. We used this as a base to visit Nusa Lembongan which we highly recommend for a day! Walking distance to the Icon shopping mall, which we didn’t shop in but definitely worth a visit for aesthetics! Some lovely beach bars within walking distance. If you turn right once at the beach you pass a small turtle sanctuary which was worth a visit!

  Great atmosphere, spacious rooms and excellent location

  We really enjoyed our stay at Maison Aurelia. The location is excellent—close to the beach and with plenty of shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. The hotel is on a busy road, so I would definitely recommend asking for a room at the back. We had a corner room on the 3rd floor, which is also the top floor, and it was very quiet. The room itself was huge, with a separate seating area and a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was a little on the small side, but that didn’t bother us at all. The only real downside was that the air conditioning was quite noisy. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, and the hotel has a really nice, relaxed atmosphere. The on-site restaurant serves excellent meals there and an à la carte breakfast rather than the usual large buffet. If you prefer a smaller hotel with character and want to stay away from the big, crowded and noisy resorts, Maison Aurelia is a great choice.
