  Paradise Found｜Meyyafushi

  We stayed 4 nights in an overwater villa at Meyyafushi. Unfortunately, we couldn’t book the overwater villa with a slide. There are 5 restaurants on the resort with a wide variety of food options. The activity center is well-equipped, where we could play PS5, table tennis, tennis and bowling. The lagoon is stunning. We could spot all kinds of marine life right under our villa, including stingrays and jellyfish. Our butler Madina offered fantastic service. She helped us book many wonderful activities and reserved lunch and dinner tables for us throughout our stay. We are truly grateful to her.

  Just WOW!

  Meyyafushi Maldives was honestly everything we could have hoped for and more. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the most beautiful, friendly staff who made us feel so special throughout our entire stay. The island itself is absolutely stunning, and you can tell so much thought and attention to detail went into the layout when the resort was built. Everything just works perfectly. We loved having bikes provided with our villa so we could ride around the island whenever we pleased, such a simple touch, but one we absolutely loved. Our overwater villa was perfect for our family. There was so much to enjoy that we could easily spend the day there without feeling like we needed to leave at all. It was private, peaceful and just such a beautiful place to relax together. Thank you to our room attendant who always has it looking and smelling amazing! The food… YUM! Every meal was amazing. The chefs here are something else, the quality and variety of the food was incredible and it was consistently perfect throughout our stay. A very special mention has to go to the wonderful staff at Alif. They were always so genuinely happy to see us and somehow always had our favourite table ready, along with milkshakes for the kids. Athoof, Desy and Khan in particular made us feel incredibly welcome and special. Those little personal touches are what really make a holiday memorable, and we’ll definitely remember them. We also loved the recreation room and had so much fun there as a family and the cafe staff always looked after us with snacks and drinks. The dolphin and snorkelling excursions were absolutely amazing and definitely some of the highlights of our trip. Thank you Best Dive! More than anything, Meyyafushi was just so relaxing and peaceful. It was exactly the refresh our family needed. We genuinely could have stayed much longer and were definitely not ready to leave! Thank you to everyone at Meyyafushi for making our stay so special. It’s one of those places you leave already wishing you could go back. ❤️ 🌴
