Mokuti Etosha

The name comes from an Ovambo word meaning "in the forest," and the setting earns it. Twice-daily game drives in open vehicles head into Etosha, home to elephant, lion, leopard and the endangered black rhino, while night drives on the estate turn up nocturnal wildlife. Closer to the chalets there are four waterholes, walking trails, resident bontebok, the Omulilo Spa and a tennis court. Bush walks with the Hai//om people share their knowledge of the land. The nearest airstrip, Mokuti Lodge Airport, is about four minutes away, and Namutoni around twenty-two minutes' drive.
