Excellent hotel in Barcelona
Excellent service from all the staff. Large and very comfortable room. Good services near restaurants and a shopping center (Illa Diagonal). Magnificent for taking the tourist bus and seeing the city with ease. I would stay again without a doubt.

Never 4 star
We arrived at 2.35pm to be told our room wasn’t ready yet, which was a standard room with a walk in shower. However if we would except a different room with just a bath we could have it straight away, We declined , but explained we needed our room at 3pm (check in time ) due to the fact we had a show and dinner reservation and needed to leave the hotel by 4pm. When we returned at 3pm, we were given our room , which still turned out to be the room with a bath. No time to complain , before we had to depart. On top of that the room was above the children’s play area and the Hotel’s restaurant and many others linked to the near by Shopping centre. Please do not stay here if you want a peaceful nights sleep and a nice shower.
