Elisabetta’s massage therapy was superior!
We have returned to this fabulous hotel many times - for great lagoon views, peaceful and lovely rooms, delicious food service and restaurant, and a polished but welcoming team. During our September 2026 visit a case of sciatica necessitated some treatment - and Elisabetta in the hotel’s spa was the answer! Three sessions with her helped the nerve settle, the pain subside, and mobility improved. She is kind and thoughtful, and despite her petite appearance she has strong hands and excellent technique. Elisabetta is highly recommended!

A bit of a dissappointment.
This hotel was a disappointment for us. It was fine but I expected more from the Amex. Platinum travel site. The room was very small and felt a bit worn down. The breakfast room had dirty dishes on many tables and they seemed under staffed and the buffet was unappitizing due to it not being cared for and maintained. The property had a smell in the common area that was very strong. Just meh. Sorry to say...keep looking.

Solo traveler in murano for a couple nights
My stay here was absolutely wonderful, especially as a solo traveler. The grounds are beautifully curated with glass sculptures and a very Zin atmosphere. The staff is absolutely fantastic. The room is very cozy and the bed nice and comfy, great nights sleep. If you go to the spa, Maria is just the best. I got the salt scrub with mini massage and face mask. She is so sweet and very good, highly recommend! Overall I would absolutely come back here, location is perfect and everything about the hotel and staff is note worthy.
