The furnace chimney has been kept, a reminder of what the building once was, and now presides over boutique rooms with modern comforts. Each of the individually designed rooms and suites pairs custom-made furniture with warm tones, and those facing the water or opening onto a terrace look out across the Lagoon. Every room comes with a coffee machine, a digital safe, a large flat-screen television and Wi-Fi. Mornings begin with a breakfast buffet of fruit, breads and cold cuts alongside dishes made to order, while the De Majo restaurant serves an Italian-inflected international menu for lunch and dinner. Two bars and five flexible event spaces round out the offering, the latter equipped for meetings and celebrations with catering from the restaurant.
