  Great special dinner by the beach

  Had a special birthday dinner at the Tamarind. Wismani was our server, he had great attention to detail and was very a wonderful host. Thanks to the team for an unforgettable dinner, delicious food and all round great experience.

  Amazing 8 night stay

  We had an amazing time at Nusa Dua Beach Hotel. Everything from the palace club rooms, palace benefits, service, quality of drinks and food was 5*. We will certainly look to return!

  Wonderful and relaxing stay

  + The food in the restaurants was excellent. + with half board, you can choose between lunch or dinner every day and there are 3 restaurants to choose from + The staff was very friendly and there was very good and also high-level service in the restaurants. + The room was very clean - thanks to Mayun who cleaned very thoroughly every day and was always friendly. + The beach was dreamlike - beach cleaners were out every day, plenty of shade thanks to trees - with cute squirrels - Advertising for water refill stations that were hidden, or I had to ask the concierge and the water dispenser was in their non-public area - uncomfortable to ask - 2. Station in the business center where there was no room for a water bottle - too few lounge chairs at the pool - pool was always lukewarm to hot (except for the pool in the spa) - shows in the evening could only be booked with a buffet - included with half-board - service seemed overwhelmed at times with 80-100 guests (cleared late) Were there for 10 days.
