  Wonderful

  A beautiful resort, great beach, clear water, lovely food. A few things to note: There is no evening buffet, it is only open for breakfast which was wonderful. U get ur own cold drinks but can order coffee or tea to table, give ur table number. We also got to release sum baby turtles into the ocean which was magical for kids. Reception should let people know when they check in as we missed the first round after seeing a sign in the breakfast buffet. Reception was not very forthcoming with information regarding restaurants. If you are all inclusive then you have to have dinner on the theme nights of Monday, Wednesday & Friday at the open air dinner & show this is mandatory part of booking. There are 4 restaurants to choose from for lunch & dinner the Italian called Tamarind was our favourite & casa the Mexican 1, they do great quesdillas. The pool is really deep so take a float or rubber ring for main pool. The irons are really old fashioned so take ur own. No steam ones. The ironing service is good to use. Take ur own. All staff & restaurants are brilliant 👏🏽 thank you. The only downside was at checkout wn we were returned back from taxi to cover sum mini bar charges like common small thieves. Wn we checked out we explained what we had, nothing on last day. Even the taxi driver host had a comment to make how we hadn't settled the bill. I assured him after paying thousands & thousands of pounds for an all inclusive holiday we wouldn't skimp on the mini bar bill. In majority of high end hotels the mini bar is always included. This was the only disappointing part of the stay, shame it got ruined on departure. Thank you to all the wait staff & restaurant servers they were all excellent. The spa is great, but in break the lady must have eaten her lunch so there was a really strong smell whilst doing facial, something to ve aware of. When eyes are covered sense of smell is heightened. We would definitely return. Thankyou nusa dua for our first trip to beautiful Bali

  Honeymoon

  It was the best vacation of my life and the honeymoon. The hotel, atmosphere and food was amazing. The location are also amazing, not so far from the centrum. Rooms are also vey good. Best hotel I have been.
